Privacy Policy

The short version

No accounts. No payments. No profile of you. Rapid Ads takes the text you type, sends it to a third-party image model, and gives you the image back. The ad creatives you generate are yours to keep and to run.

What we collect

Using the generator, Rapid Ads processes:

• the prompt text you type and the placement ratio you choose;
• ordinary request data your browser sends — IP address, user agent, referring page and timestamp — which our servers and Cloudflare log;
• a Cloudflare Turnstile token, which confirms the request came from a browser rather than a script.

That is the whole list. There is no sign-up, so we hold no name, email address or password. There is no payment, so we hold no billing details and no card data ever reaches us.

Your prompts and the image model

Generation does not run on our own hardware. Your prompt and the chosen aspect ratio are sent to a third-party image-generation provider, which returns the finished image. That provider processes the prompt under its own terms and privacy policy.

Do not put confidential information, personal data or anything you would not want leaving your machine into a prompt. A prompt is a product description; treat it that way.

Cookies and analytics

Rapid Ads sets no advertising cookies and builds no cross-site tracking profile. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie or store a token to remember that a browser has already passed the check. Our traffic analytics are privacy-friendly and aggregate: they count page views without identifying individual visitors.

Abuse prevention

The generator is free and anonymous, which makes it an obvious target for automated abuse. Two things stop that: the Turnstile check in front of every generation, and a rate limit applied per IP address. The rate limit is why request logs exist at all. It is not a quota tied to an account, because there are no accounts.

Who we share data with

Only the processors that make the site work: our hosting provider, Cloudflare for delivery and bot protection, and the image-generation provider described above. Rapid Ads does not sell data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not hand it to data brokers.

How long anything is kept

Request and abuse-prevention logs are kept for a short operational window — on the order of weeks — and then rotated out. Generated images are served from the provider's storage and are not collected into any gallery or account on our side. Nothing you generate is published anywhere by us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Because Rapid Ads holds no account data, in practice the only thing that could relate to you is a log line containing an IP address. Email [email protected] with enough detail to locate it and we will act on the request.

Children

Rapid Ads is a tool for advertisers and is not directed at children. It is not intended for anyone under 13, or under the age of digital consent where they live if that age is higher.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page moves with it. Continuing to use Rapid Ads after a change means the updated policy applies.
